60-Minute Massage … $80
Can include the whole body. Good for general relaxation, or when you’re looking for a general tune-up. Swedish massage with some deeper work time.
60-Minute Sports Massage … $80
Can include the whole body, geared toward improving physical function. This may focus on specific body regions to address problem areas, reduce the possibility of injury, and to aid in the recovery from minor injuries.
90-Minute Massage … $110
Can include the whole body, with time for working with specific areas or conditions. I combine the Swedish massage for relaxation and focused therapeutic massage to get the results you are looking for.
2-Hour Massage … $160
For more extensive and focused work with on the whole body, with time for working with specific areas or conditions. I combine the Swedish massage for relaxation and focused therapeutic massage to get the results you are looking for.
30-Minute Massage … $50
Usually used for an introduction to massage, or a touch-up if you have limited time.
Health Coaching … $50 / Hour
The first session is typically for 1 hour. We use this time to get to know each other and discuss how I can best help you and what you are looking for. Coaching is beneficial to people who are seeking to gain personal insight or needing support during transitions in life. Setting or clarifying goals and making a specific path forward is just part of the work we will do together. I am present for you as a resource. Check out my FAQ page for health coaching.
Health Coaching – Follow-Up … $25 / 30 Minutes
This time is for clients who are already working with me. It’s a time for a check in to follow up with home-work, or a course correction. I can provide feed-back, support, resources or accountability. Since it’s about you as the client, we can discuss what you are seeking support with.
Somatic Experiencing® Sessions (Trauma Healing Sessions) … $100/ hour

The term “somatic” refers to the body. “Experiencing” refers to what and how is the body experiencing and what sensations in the body are happening. During a session we use talk and movement to gently guide you through a procedure that allows your nervous system to process old experiences. This activates the natural healing power of your nervous system to help resolve old energy and to reduce symptoms.
Many people in our community have been affected by trauma. When our bodies experience trauma, whether in personal or large-scale events, our nervous system becomes dysregulated. This can bring a range of challenges affecting our daily life. Anxiety, depression, chronic pain and addiction are all closely linked with traumatic experiences.
Somatic Experiencing® Sessions or Trauma Healing Sessions are about working with the nervous system with goals about coherence and regulation. As part of the healing process, we invite the body to tell its stories, reestablish self-regulation, and allow the nervous system to complete its natural cycle.
The session is about you and healing. It’s not massage therapy. With your permission, some sessions may involve what I term as supportive or healthy touch. We do these exercises together. If at any time you feel uncomfortable during these sessions, you may stop at any time without any repercussions. I work with my clients without judgment, criticisms or expectations.
You as the client are incharge of your healing path. The healing journey is a challenging path. It takes time, courage, and patience. I am here to help support in any way I can.
